About
I started Neal Brown's Mojo Chocolates in 2005 after being a brewer for 10 years.
I had been making truffles as Christmas gifts for several years. When I sold my brewery I decided to pursue chocolate as a small business venture. I enrolled in a Richardson Researches' European Chocolate Making.
In 2007 I returned to Richardson Researches' for an additional course, 'Chocolate Technology'.
My facility is near Bigfork, Montana, convenient for my home and community.
I produce product from November 1 through May 15 only.
Please be aware that my facility has a presence of peanuts, almonds and pistachios.
For those with nut allergies-A nut warning applies.
